Grasche USA is proud to be part of Grind Tec USA. We also participated in Grinding into the Future last year and saw the value of having the industry people together and able to focus on relevant displays, technology, seminars and lots of networking! We strongly recommend that the companies in our industry make it “a must” to come to Asheville in October and enjoy the beautiful nature that time of year as well as the professional arrangement put together by Advanced Superabrasives.
Like last year, Grasche USA will have an Open House the day before Grind Tec USA starts. Please include us in your traveling plans and come and see our modern saw plate manufacturing plant and enjoy a Carolina Barbeque! Hickory is approx. one hour from Asheville.

Finally a show just for tool people. Yes, you can go to the other shows and see most of the same things, but it’s spread out over millions of square feet. This is all in one hall. The networking is a very valuable asset to the entire package. The sharpening news group gets to meet face to face and exchange ideas and comments. The seminars are a very valuable asset as well. This is the one you cannot miss. Most of the companies in the area are giving plant tours as well.

Grinding into the Future 2006 was a key event for our industry and for the VOLLMER Group.
Grind Tech USA 2007 is a perfect opportunity for everyone attending to learn more about existing and new technologies and services. This very professional event organized and made possible by ASI focuses on giving attendees a chance to meet with people within our industry reinforcing existing relationships and laying the groundwork for building new partnerships in technology and service. Grind Tec USA 2007 will be a perfect platform for everyone to learn and share information in order to benefit the business development of our industry in North America as a whole.

We were at the Grinding into the Future seminar last year and felt that finally someone had an event for the tooling service industry. The event was a class act with a host of information, exhibits of quality products and services and one on one discussions with other service and manufacture professionals’. The seminars were well planned and our people came away with a lot of useful knowledge. We are definitely coming back with anticipation of this year’s event.

Progressive companies today realize that to achieve maximum productivity they have to look further that just new machine and grinding wheel technology. Just as important is the choice of oil along with maintaining the cleanliness and temperature of the liquid. The combination of these factors contributes to reduced cycle times, finer finishes and increased machine uptime. Attending Grind Tec USA provides an opportunity to see this new technology and to talk to others that already employ it.

The only place in America where you can see vendors from all the ancilary products a grinding operation could need. You can see the worlds best grinding machinery at the IWF show, but at Grindtec you can see machinery, wheels, coolants, filter systems, test stands, etc all in one place.
The once a year opportunity to network with over 200 shops that grind just like you do. Instead of having 200 grinding shops mixed in with 59,000 woodworkers like IWF, at Grindtec all attendees are grinding shops and it makes it much much easier to network and learn from each other.
