Receptions and Entertainment
Grind Tec USA Registration includes the following for all of our sponsors and attendees:

Meals
Wednesday October 3rd: There will be a Meet & Greet with hors d’oeuvres.

Thursday October 4th: Black Forest Restaurant will provide an authentic German lunch, followed by a buffet style reception around dinner time.

Friday October 5th: There will be southern BBQ for lunch followed by another buffet style reception around dinner time.

Coffee, Soft drinks, Juice, Water, Pastries will be available on October 4th and 5th. We will also have a cash bar at all nightly receptions.

Entertainment
Thursday October 4th: The Mars Hill College “Clogging” Team will be performing at the reception that will be held that night.

Saturday October 6th: A Golf Tournament with prizes will be held for an extra charge of $60.00 to anyone who wishes to participate in the tournament. The cost will cover the round of golf, lunch, and the prizes for: Closest to the pin on par 3s, longest drive, and separate prizes for first, second and third place. The format will be Captain’s choice. The course we are going to play is one of the best in North Carolina; Reems Creek Golf Club.

Grasche USA is proud to be part of Grind Tec USA. We also participated in Grinding into the Future last year and saw the value of having the industry people together and able to focus on relevant displays, technology, seminars and lots of networking! We strongly recommend that the companies in our industry make it “a must” to come to Asheville in October and enjoy the beautiful nature that time of year as well as the professional arrangement put together by Advanced Superabrasives.

Like last year, Grasche USA will have an Open House the day before Grind Tec USA starts. Please include us in your traveling plans and come and see our modern saw plate manufacturing plant and enjoy a Carolina Barbeque! Hickory is approx. one hour from Asheville.

Finally a show just for tool people. Yes, you can go to the other shows and see most of the same things, but it’s spread out over millions of square feet. This is all in one hall.  The networking is a very valuable asset to the entire package. The sharpening news group gets to meet face to face and exchange ideas and comments. The seminars are a very valuable asset as well.  This is the one you cannot miss. Most of the companies in the area are giving plant tours as well.

Grinding into the Future 2006 was a key event for our industry and for the VOLLMER Group.
