Hotel Information
The Asheville region is a tourist destination; we purposely scheduled our event at the height of the autumn leaf season to allow for the beauty of Asheville to be shared by all. Make reservations early; if you wait there will be no rooms will be available within 100 miles of Asheville. We initially arranged a discounted block of rooms with the Renaissance Hotel in Asheville, four blocks from the Asheville Civic Center, because the normal room rate in Asheville during this time starts at $200 a night. This block of rooms is now completely claimed, although there may still be rooms available at regular rates. Call the Renaissance at 828-252-8211

We’ve made arrangements for an additional discounted block of rooms at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, directly across the street from the Renaissance Hotel. The Sheraton has assured us a rate of $129.00 a night, plus tax. Contact the Four Points by Sheraton at 828-253-1851 to make your reservations, telling them that you are members of the Grind Tec Seminar in order to receive the discounted group rate. Make sure you are speaking with the Asheville Sheraton and have not been transferred to the Sheraton national offices. They will not be aware of local arrangements. You can also use Sheraton’s email address to assure yourself the group rate: 34097@hotel.bestwestern.com

You must include the following information in each email:

  • Group Name: Grind Tec USA
  • Full Name (i.e. Bill Smith)
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Arrival and Departure Date
  • Requested Room Type (i.e. King, Double, Smoking, Non)
  • Credit Card Number and Expiration Date

Sheraton will return a confirmation number within 24 hours of your request.

Please notify us of the number of people you’ll be sending to the show, as well as the dates when they’ll be staying. This will allow us to block out more rooms for attendees.

ALL RECEPTIONS will be held at the Renaissance Hotel. The Renaissance Hotel has 36 restaurants, 25 galleries, 6 spas and many other amenities within walking distance.
